Description
Roger Mitchell shared in the faculty of Agronomy from 1969 to 1972 and 1981 to 1983 as Department Chair. He was Dean of Extension from 1972 to 1975 and then Dean of the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources from 1983 to 1998. Mitchell served as President of the Crop Science Society in 1976 and as President of the American Society of Agronomy in 1980. He presently serves as the Chair of the State of Missouri Life Sciences Research Board.
