This binary vector was derived from pFGC5941, which was a generous gift from the Jorgensen, R.A. laboratory. The Xho I, Nco I, and Asc I sites can be used to subclone insert. However, use of Xho I site will lead to removal of the omega enhancer. Please refer to the description of pFGC5941 for details about this vector.
