Description:

This unpublished binary vector was constructed to allow users to have more choices of subcloning a gene cassette. When user's subcloned insert is expected to generate "transcription read-through" over the bar gene cassette in the vector pZY101, users are highly encouraged to use this vector for the subcloning work to avoid that problem. The key difference between this vector and the vector pZY101 is the orientations of the multiple cloning sites and the bar gene cassette. The remaining parts of the two vectors are identical. Please see the description and the special note for the vector pZY101 that also applies to this vector. You can also use the sequence of this vector for designing your PCR or sequence primers.
